"Do not rent here because all of your maintenance requests orders will go ignored. The laundry card reader on site does not work and they do not fix it and won’t. When it comes to a pest control issues, they do not care even though it’s in your lease and you pay for it every month. There is nobody on site ever unless they are showing a place or carrying out an eviction so don’t be fooled. They are based in Dallas and only come if absolutely necessary or get in trouble because Code Compliance has been called on them, AGAIN…"

"Never lived here. Went to apply at this complex and was promised a specific move in date. You must put down a deposit just for the application which threw me for a loop as the other complexes did not ask for that. Once they recived the money we never heard from them despite multiple calls to the complex with no answer. The day came for the promised move in date. Still no word from the complex, luckly we went and applied to others and had somehwere to go. Requesting your money back was a hassle and had to drive around for an hour just to find a place that would give credit back from a written on money order. Ended up paying out of pocket to get my own money back however a bright note was that we were reimbursed (on the back end) the money paid out of pocket. Very poor and lazy service with no empirical evidence to show they even tried to run any type of credit check (credit karma showed no inquiry) or put forth any work to actually get moved in by the date promised. But they happily kept the application fee for whatever work they put in. All in all, glad to have found a cheaper, safer and nicer apartment. My advice use only as a last resort."

"I lived in my last apartment complex for 5 years & had no bed bugs and seen a roach only twice. By the end of my first week I was getting bitten by bed bugs all over. I threw away my entire bedroom set & bought a new bed & mattress after they came and sprayed & prior to them spraying I paid for various products to fight them off. Few months later the bed bugs came back. Long story short the entire complex has bed bugs. I would not stay at that complex if they dropped the rent to $500 including utilities. Roaches everywhere. No ventilation as u can't open any windows. No electrical outlets near or in the restroom so I have to run a 25 foot extension cord. But they have an electrical outlet right above the sink... Lol. A fire & electrical hazard if I've seen one. Maintenance is crappy to say the least. During my 7 month lease they had 3 different managers so that tells u something. To top it off they said I had to pay out of pocket the second time for bed bugs when the entire complex is infested with them. I waited for my lease to expire & disinfected all my belongings & moved out. I now pay $350 more at my new complex & am happy to pay it. Stay away from this complex."

"I totaly wouldn't give 1 star...how about no stars!! When I moved in my apartment was mediocre...(livable)...but 6 to 7 months down the line everything started falling apart...the people under me got put out and in walked the roaches...bed bugs and everything else. Management is sorry!! This is an all bills paid complex and here recently I was with out power for 2weeks. I called and called management but to no avail. But once I called code compliance I got a phone call back. No one is ever in the office except for around the 1st of the month..lol...pipes always breaking and leaking causing us to not have hot water...trash everywhere dumpsters over flowing. My lease can't end fast enough. Please rethink living here these apartments have gone downhill..."

"The complex is infested with roaches. They do not fix on things in a timely manner. The manager tries to over talk you & give you the runaround. They are trying to fix on the apartments one by one when they actually all need to be torn down & remodeled. The pipes have be bursting & flooding out the apartment. So instead of fixing the pipes all at one time they are doing it one by one which each time an apartment gets flooded. The new owners are doing a terrible job at maintaining the complex. The owner that past was really making great changes & making the complex look better."
