"Posting under my other account . Apartment staff was always helpful Michelle the manager was always nice and informative! Maintenance guy is always on the role and will fix everything asap! Overall staff was always 10/10! The only issue was the apartment itself they are extremely roach infested and I would always clean! It doesn’t matter how many times I’ll clean roaches we’re still an issue! We decided to buy Advion gel keep in mind it’s a really good poison for roaches and not even that will stop them! They would literally crawl on everything even the bed! Couldn’t sleep good because they would crawl on you as well as going to the bathroom! Whenever we moved out we had to Throw everything away and start from zero just so we won’t bring the roaches with us. Whenever we moved the bed TONS AND TONS of roaches started crawling out. Extremely roach infested! The pool only opened several times which I don’t mind."

"If you want to live like your supposed to dont move here. MICHELLE and her little minions are horrible. Pest control is included in your rent. You will never see that pest control but you will have millions of roaches living with you. They have an app for the gate, that gate stays open. Power keeps going out leaks keep showing up and most of all my mail is getting stolen right out my mailbox and was told they cant do anything about it (cameras pointing right at the mailboxes). On numerous of occasions ive opened my door and seen homeless people sleeping in the courtyard. As of today MICHELLE called the police on me because she refused to show me in detail of the moving out fees. 10/16 my husband went to ask for a copy of our lease (wasnt provided one) she was causing a problem. Today before our incident she sent pest control to our unit, what a coincidence after asking for a copy. This place is a hot mess. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! NO MAINTENANCE NO SECURITY NO RESPECT."

"RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!! I would give this place zero stars if I could. I moved in at the end of April 2022 and within the first week of moving in my fridge and freezer would randomly stop working for like 2-3 days and randomly start working again and this became a weekly thing. I made over 5 work orders and it wasn’t until September 2022 that they finally took it serious and got me a new fridge. I would lose everything weekly which included breast milk I had pumped for my newborn baby I had in May. ROACHES!!! This place is infested with them! I sprayed myself since the pest control only came out here and there and only to certain apartments.. the place is terrible the office is terrible and neighborhood is terrible! Save yourself the stress and don’t waste your time on the lies and “million dollar renovation” when you literally have appliances that are 10 years + old!"
