"Be very careful if you rent here. Michelle the property manager is very responsive but Tammy who rented us our apartment is a little flighty. She was obsessed with telling us that our visitors might be towed but she didn’t explain where WE should park or not park. Our car has been towed $350. Plus a $30 Uber to the towing company. Obviously if I am told I will be towed I wouldn’t park there. I am a rule follower. Tammy needs to work on her accuracy. The morning we signed she couldn’t wake up. She was barely able to speak clearly. She needs to cut out whatever late night activities are causing her to be unable to perform her job well."

"I know it is hard to find a place to live but please NEVER move to this place. They never fix anything; they have rats and mice, and gnats are outrageous. I went for 3 months without a working refrigerator. The water dripped and was constantly not working in the entire apartment. You couldn't shower due to no water pressure in the bathroom, so the shower didn't work CONSISTANTLY!! From the day we moved in the water pressure was bad and every month I had to call and have it fixed which would take a month or longer. The maintenance drink beer all day and claim they don't speak English if you ask them yourself to help and never fix anything. This was the worst place I have ever had to lay my head. I wish no stars was an option."
