"If you want to live in the ghetto...With a drug dealer just across the way then this is the place for you! Cheap rent. Office staff is rude not to mention that I've personally witnessed them ILLEGALLY EVICT someone and then turned around and put $3,000 worth in fees on there credit for threatening to sue. This poor guy who was ex military. He use to be an American soldier. Was in Iraq during the war on terror....paid half his rent for the month. Let them know he would pay the rest a week later. Two weeks go by. Poor guy could not scrap up the rest so was just gonna move out. Went out of town for weekend to visit family. While he was outta town office management called asked him to remove his things. Said he would be there first thing Monday morning and when he arrives to pick his things up he finds the locks have been changed and his stuff either thrown away or kept by maintenance for there own personal pleasures. He approached management and demanded to know why call him to pick up his things if obviously they had already thrown out his things and were getting it ready for another tenant. Office management just stood there with no response. She knew she violated his rights and was trying to cover her ass! All of this happened in 3 weeks time. No one went and filed eviction notice with the city. They didn't take him to court or give him a 30 day eviction notice. They just took half his rent and threw away all he had except for items they chose to keep for themselves. Mind you he should have paid all his rent in a timely manner but they also should have LEGALLY evicted him."
