"The one star is the minimum I was allowed, so they're blessed to receive that. I have been living here for over 10 years! Since the management changed over, these apartments have fallen downhill. When I have an apartment issue like a water leak, the maintenance eventually comes by and takes photos, but no work is done. Example: About 2 months ago, they came here and cut some holes in the walls to unclog the drains. Now, we're in June, and they still haven't come by. I have emailed them and sent photos, as well as gone in-person. They say they'll take care of it, but it never happens. (Photo 9) They started a parking lot policy where if the vehicle doesn't have the registered sticker, it gets towed. They were with Matador Towing at that time. They took my car although it had the sticker so I had to pick it up and they refunded my money a week later. (Photo 10) Today, there was a leak upstairs, so the water started coming through my ceiling. My photos are my proof. I emailed them about the leak, and nobody showed up, nor did I receive a phone call. They should have my email and phone number memorized as many times I have contacted them! (Photos 1-8) If you are looking for an apartment, until they change management, spend your money to live somewhere else."

"Management isn't very good there. You can tell the complex has become rundown over the last 10+ years. The city or state or federal government need to come in an help the tenants that really need help."
"Staffs great clean everything's new gates always closed and u have to have a card or a pin to enter. Very private no worries at all and the 2 bedrooms are cheap"
"So far I like it!!! Mi apartment is really cute. I like how the setup is!!!! But don't like that mi dining room doesn't have carpet but for this one bedroom apartment its really spacious!!!! The only thing I hate is the parking system!!! Its not enough parking spot for everyone!!!!"
