"From my experience, I've had a great time living in my unit at Eagle Mountain Lake. It's quiet, everyone's very nice! neighbors, office and maintenance included. The area is clean and my unit is nice and spacious for a one person. I recommend this place for anyone to live."

"It's quiet out here and has a small town feel. People are so friendly and always out walking the property. I keep kayaks in my storage unit so in the summer I take them out to the docks and explore the lake. The office staff is friendly and maintenance staff is great! The complex will set up food trucks and do different fun events through out the year. There's also beautiful hiking trails just a few miles down the road that are fun to explore. If you like the simple country life than this is the community for you ❤️"

"I found this neighborhood before moving to Texas from SoCal, but ended up elsewhere for my first 9 months out here. Christina was very helpful when I came here to look for a place to live. This neighborhood is in a great location here by the lake. I like that we are a bit away form the city. The other staff has been great as well. Around Christmas time, I was expecting a package to be delivered and was out of town. I called and spoke with Stephanie and she actually walked down to my unit to see if the package had arrived by chance while I was gone. This management is responsive to all things too. She had also helped me with an issue I was having where two neighborhood boys were taunting my dog any time they saw me out with him. It was making my dog anxious every time we went out. The office nipped that in the butt and handled it swiftly. Really happy to call this place home."

"We have lived here for 5 years now. Office staff has always been very cordial and helpful in any way possible. The maintenance guys are very knowledgeable and are quick to respond. In the last two months, we’ve had 3 major appliances to quit. There were no questions asked, and were quick to replace them. In the meantime, I was getting emails from the office on the status of the orders. Thanks to everyone for making this a great place to live!"

"I have read many of the reviews on these apartments, a lot of which I have not experienced. I am going on my third year living here and I have to say, I do not have many complaints. It is very peaceful, staff in the office are understanding. They have worked with me through my hard times with care and respect. Any issue I have ever had, they handled it diligently. I've read complaints about Vickie, I just don't concur with. Vickie is one amazing property Manager. She works with her staff well. You can tell by how her staff treat you, that they learned from someone showing the proper example. I had one issue with a new guy that worked in the office because it seemed as if he was cold to heart; but when I was told later on that he was military, it helped me understand his personality. Sometimes, we miss the heart of other's because we do not understand who they are. I believe though he is not here anymore that he is a good person. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. If you come here, you have made the right choice. Don't listen to the negative, there are way to many positives... This is your home!!!"
