"Living here is wonderful. The management is very helpful and nice. I love the monthly resident events. I haven't had any issues so far living here. I've been living here for 8 months now and been better than ever."

"They charge $10 a month every month to check credit. Read contract before signing. Constant potholes that go unfixed. Unsupervised kids under 12 in large groups of 20 take over pool speaking vulgar and hearing vulgar music. Management does nothing to correct it. Dog poop all over grass and sometimes on sidewalk. Nothing is done to correct it. Will tow cars away and you only get 1 visitors pass. Definitely not worth what you pay. Way overpriced for the area and the people that let their kids run around unsupervised cussing and saying vulgar things in spanish in the play area. No parents to be found. Apartments never get fixed even when you report it and they say they went to fix the problem. Just avoid the headache."

"This is my honest opinion of Jackson Place. First I think it's a bit to expensive for what you get. For example my biggest issue is maintenence, from something as simple as changing light bulbs, to filling pot holes to minor repairs. It just seems you can place a work order but it might take months for them to get to it . Light bulbs thats such an easy thing to do. . Why do I need to walk up a stairs of flight or to my car in the dark. The staff is friendly and the location is clean and convenient. Other than maintaining upkeep which is a must this is an ok place . Address the issuse and maybe the reviews would be better."

"Honestly can't wait for my lease to be over, I feel like I'm paying way too much for what this place really is. Front desk staff quality has gone down since I first moved in. Front gates are always broken. Same potholes come back over and over again. They sent a letter a while ago stating that if your washer or dryer breaks you'll have to pay for repairs. Newsflash, normal wear and tear is a thing! Anything to make a profit I guess? Really wouldn't recommend, keep looking around. "Luxury apartments" is a far stretch from the truth lol."

"Looks like a nice place to live, and it was at one time not any longer. New management is terrible. They don’t care about you. They don’t fix your problems. They only want their money. Staff is rude and are not helpful. There’s trash everywhere. They let the grass grow taller than some dogs. Dogs are running around not on leashes. Rent continues to go up and now they want to charge for having to fix their own cheap appliances."
