"This is THE worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at. We went because we had a power outage at our home. When we first arrived we went into our room and the first thing we noticed is that it smelled like someone had just smoked cigarettes in that room. We asked a worker to have us moved to another room because the smell was horrible. When we got to the other room we couldn’t believe that this place was still running. There was bugs all over the beds and walls. There was a literal blood stain on the sheets. The restroom was dirty and not clean. There was also no lights because supposedly they had stole the lightbulbs. We asked for a refund to go to a better hotel and they refused to give us our money back. We left without staying the night. It was a horrible experience."

"Worst experience I've had in a hotel. It took one hour to realize that my family and I couldn't stay there over night and took our business elsewhere. Before staying in any hotel we call ahead of time just to make sure everything is in order. The person that answered was rude to clarify that everything was available. When we get to the room the light and air conditioning weren't working. My husband cut himself with glass shards that were in the pool area and inside the water. Just to imagine that my baby could've been the one to get cut instead frightens me. To make it worse there was no towels available to dry ourselves off. We will never waste our money on this hotel again."

"Nastiest place my family and I used to go here when it was Travelodge and it was OK but now it is deffenetly disgusting the front desk people are sloppy and very rude the gym was permanently closed because it is only for the owners daughters (at least that's what front desk said) the pool was nasty and the jacuzzi did not work. We had to switch rooms because our first room had hairs and sheets were stained. Alot of people drinking in the pool even after hours with music very high. Never again will I stay here do no tu recomend this gross place."

"The service was amazing. Had a great time at the pool area, the room was very clean and people were very nice. I will definitely be back. This Receptionist named Andrea was super nice. I even contacted the manager to tell her how good everything was."

"This is the most disgusting hotel experience I have ever had. At first, the place looks nice and new, but once you get into your room everything changes. I decided to ignore the dirty elevator and the fact that there was a broken fridge in the middle of the hallway (3rd floor). Once we got to our room, it was hot as hell, since as other people have mentioned, the AC works only when you're in there. I went straight to the restroom, just to realize there was urine in the toilet seat. I called the front desk, and the guy there said that he could change us to another room, but it was a 2-bed room (I had booked a king-size), but nonetheless he would do so "for free", as if asking for a clean room were like asking for an upgrade. I asked if someone could rather come up and clean, but he said the housekeeping staff had left for the day (at 4pm, on a weekend, really?). We were moved to another room, and I undid the beds to make sure they were clean. I found several hairs there and also on the tub, but still decided to stay after a long and tiring day. However, while I was downstairs ordering dinner online (since the WIFI was not working), my wife messaged me to tell me she had seen a bug on my bed. That was it, we were not staying there. I went to the front desk asking the man there to get me either another room in another hotel, or refund me what I had paid for. He said the manager had left (making him the ONLY employee in the WHOLE hotel) and I would need to wait until the next day to talk to her. I demanded him to call her, and when he explained everything, all she said is "offer him a refund". No apology, no options, no customer service whatsoever, and an absolute disregard for the naughty place she runs. Also, while I was talking to him, another guest approached to let him know his daughter had vomited on the stairwell. I wonder whether the front desk man went to clean after, or just let it sit there until the next day when the housekeeping staff showed up. To top everything, we were told we would get a refund today, which has not happened yet. Also, we could not leave since we had ordered our dinner already (to a local restaurant). When I came to the front desk to let the guy know we were waiting outside (in case the guys from the restaurant called), he said they had called already, and he had told them we had left and there was nothing he could do about it. So, after all this naughty experience, I also paid for dinner I did not have."
