"There's no one at front desk to let us in even we have a reservation made. We have been here for an hour, nobody has appeared and guest that are already checked in are having troubles also with the keys and other things and there is nobody to help. So this guest is locked out of the hotel. Another half an hour has passed and now we know the reason that nobody is at front desk is because the guy that's supposed to be here went to a bar in work hours and got arrested"

"If u are thinking on arriving after 8pm, chances are u are not going to get the room you booked. Save yourself the hassle and take your business somewhere else, even if u get there and try having someone help you through their lobby phone nobody will answer and if you try calling their customer support line they will blame you and not help, even going as far as admitting they dont have any way to get a hold of whoever is supposed to be responsible for check-ins. Terrible service in person (non existant) and by phone."

"Room was clean but when we needed the heater it didn't work. 2 cold and rainy days demanded the need for heat. There was a gap between the AC/furnace unit and the wall which allowed even more cold air to enter the room. I reported the issue to the front desk and the lady didn't seem surprised. She was going to look for a different room for us but it's a pain to have to pack up your stuff so she gave us extra blankets and a towel to put over the gap. For some reason the gap being covered made the room stink. It was awful. We left for the day after removing the towel and the smell mostly went away. First night there we had a roach in the room. No coffee anywhere in the building. I have never been to another extended stay or any other hotel that did not have a coffee pot at least in the lobby. Every morning I drove to the gas station for coffee. If you want extra towels or sheets you have to pay for them. We used the same towels for a week but luckily the place has a washer and dryer so I was able to wash them. The towels were not very big and they were rather thin in my opinion. The room came with the 2 towels, 2 small bars of soap and 2 plastic cups. I had to ask for wash clothes as they must have forgot to put them in the room. No big deal there. Things happen. One roll of unopened toilet paper and a partial roll on the holder. There is no carpet in the rooms which I don't mind except for the people upstairs dragging their chairs across the floor at all hours of the night. I guess it wouldn't hurt for management to put something on the legs of the chairs so they don't make all that horrible noise. I always try to be considerate of people above me below me and next to me. I guess not everybody is that way. The staff that I dealt with were nice although one seemed kind of reluctant to give me an another roll of toilet paper when we ran out because they want guests to supply their own though she did not charge me for it. I am home after spending a week there and it still blows my mind how that place operates. No compensation given or offered for the lack of heat. we had to wear our coats and shoes in the room during those cold rainy days. The gap between the wall and the AC unit was big enough to see outside down to the parking lot. If you want to be outside on the nice evenings be prepared to sit on the curb or stand. No benches whatsoever and believe me there is plenty of room for at least 2. The location wasn't the greatest for us, it was right next to the expressway and our room was on that side so it was pretty noisy unless the air conditioning was on and that drowned out the outside noise. There was nothing close by 2 do or to walk too but I know that can be common with hotels . We were pretty anxious to check out of that hotel. So anxious that we were gone by 9:15 in the morning and check out is at 11 o'clock am. I don't plan on staying there again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone."

"Always satisfied when I stay here and my moms favorite place to stay when she comes to visit from Dallas. I love the fact that they have a laundry room that we can use. Convenient location. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Dorthy at the front desk is amazing! Always so kind and helpful !"
