"For 1K a month it’s not the best. Parking is always full of cars that don’t belong here. That’s because supposedly there’s a “tow truck” that passes here every night but I’ve never once seen one. Apartment has cracks in as well. Theres never no one in the office. A car hit me here that belongs here in the apartments and they never did anything about it and no one is ever there. A pressed charges towards the person. Theres an apartment with a small dog that’s always a loose and always using the restroom and owners don’t do anything about it. Those owners also have random people coming in and out from the apartment and always drink and leave cans everywhere."

"Been there several times to visit a few friends living there, the apts are small rooms for a beginner in getting they're first apt I suppose it's okay, they're a bit expensive for the size of the tiny rooms ,not much room for anything, they don't have washer and dryer hookups, no privacy patios, when it rains the bottom apts get flooded, they don't have a swimming pool, no play grounds which is gd for adults who want peace & quite. You know & can smell when your neighbors smoke weed indoors, cuz it travels through the vents. Not much parking spaces, it has to many bumps just trying to get to your apt. Not much to look at. They're boring looking, feels like your living in a ghost complex. So plain, & boring not much of a lively place to live in. Can't BBQ there either. No BBQ pits anywhere."

""I have been living in this apartment complex for over a year now and I must say that I am very satisfied with my experience. The management team is very responsive and always willing to help with any issues that arise. The maintenance staff is also very prompt and efficient in addressing any maintenance requests. The amenities are great, especially the pool center. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining options. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living experience.""

"WARNING! As we moved in we noticed a lot of bad things in this apartment a roach infestation, the many layers of paint on doors and cabinets which they call “remodeled”, we were given an old rusted fridge that barely closed and they refused to replace, and a/c is always leaking because of how old it is. Last year during a storm all downstairs apartments flooded forcing everyone to leave for months, during this flood many cars suffered damages. Another occasion there was heavy rain which made part of our bedroom ceiling open and leak, pouches of water appeared in wall and 2 MUSHROOMS grew out of the kitchen ceiling along with mold everywhere. No pool, tennis court, or gym access for years and all washers/dryers are always out of service and will just steal your coins. The managers have a bad attitude when trying to move out or when you bring up any of the amenities they always have the same response very unprofessional. Also you’ll never receive your deposit."
