"Do Not Rent Here !!!! Very Expensive about $900.00 plus extra charge for water, cable, electric, trash, renters insurance with all that together $1200.00 and nothing to show. They take a long time to fix things."

"Don't trust the management! They lie to you about the water being low and it's freaking high. They said it was no more than 50 dollars and it came out to 78 dollars. They keep saying that they'll fix it and they have done nothing about it. All they care about is the money and don't care if you can't afford it. Do not trust Marlene or the management. They will literally lie in your face. They lost a few tenants because of that reason. We end up finding out that there's only one water pipe that connects to other tenants so I'm sure we're paying for others usage. It's divided into four rooms which isn't fair. We're rarely home. Workers are lazy and took too long to fix a leak and replace the filter for ac. Definitely not a good place to save money or live in. In the end you're going to have to pay for their mistakes."

"Just moved in and everything works Freshly painted walls New stove New faucets. Water pressure is good from the kitchen however The faucet from the sink in the restroom makes a weird noise . Hopefully it goes away or they can check it out Management it nice and cool They even waved the pet fee so that’s a plus!"

"I have been living here for a while now so far everything's good but they do need to upgrade a few things. The rent just went up and I would like to see carports perhaps corporation can throw in two floor waxings a year per apartment or cameras 1 thing for sure better rain drainage from roof when it pours alot rain runs down the wall and seeps in bedroom window area I like it here because it's quiet and so close to everything I hope corporation takes these things into consideration I think it's only fair if rent goes up there has to o be an upgrade on something"

"These apartments are the worst! Do not move here. The manager Gabriela is the most irresponsible, no talented person I have ever to deal with! Someone tell me...is it against the law or something not to provide land lines in apartment in case of an emergency? My elderly grandmother moved from one upstairs unit there that had a phone line to a downstairs unit that doesn't and that was not mentioned when my grandmother decided to move. Also gabriela had the fridge and stove removed from downstairs unit my grandma was moving into and had her old fridge and Stove moved from her old apartment. Does this sound right to u? So if something happens to my elderly grandma that already has health issues and she has no way of calling for help who's responsible? Sounds to me they don't want to update their phone lines or put any maintenance into anything in these apartments. They also have termites ants and roaches but my grandma is in housing so she's stuck here for who knows how long"
