"Apartments are roach infested!!! Don't get fooled by the fake reviews. When I signed up, administration ensured that they fumigate once a month which is not true. More like twice or 3 times a year and I don't know what products they use but it doesn't work at all. The roaches are still invading the apartment. The roofs are literally falling down and leak a LOT when it rains (even just a little rain). So whenever it rains the apartment floods. Administration refuses to repair it because they don't want to spend money on the reparation but they keep raising rent each year by $200 dlls, which is crazy. Once I slipped and hit my leg from the water leaking and flooding the apartment. Could have broken my leg. They only come and add some gesso to it, which is like putting on a bandaid since gesso obviously disolves with the water leaking. So if you are ok with spending over $1,000 for an overpriced apartment roach and mold infested and roof falling apart this is for you. There is no designated parking, so its a first come first save basis. Neighbors are really loud, they sing out loud on their karaoke almost everyday and you can hear everything. Please avoid this place at all costs, management doesn't care about tenants safety or comfort. They just want to keep charging you more."
"Apartment is not safe to live. A lot of leaks and insects. They raise the rent by $100 dollars every year for no reason. The parking lot is very dirty. Some neighbors are very problematic. I have lived in 3 different apartments in Brownsville and this by far the worst one."
"I used to live here before and I can't believe how nice they look now. I am looking to move here again. Ana was always so nice and courteous. And now they are going to have a gym!!"
"These were one of my favorite apartments to call home. Spacious and affordable, large windows, cute swimming pool and a laundry room surrounded by gardenia flowers. Management were always friendly, we never had any problems."
