"The amazing staff at Las Palmas was first-rate and super kind/friendly. I never had any issue and they worked with me when my lease was up and was responsible for late fees. In addition, there grounds staff was always fast to respond and fix any issues. The grounds were always in top shape even while they went through renovations. I highly recommend them!!!"

"Las Palmas was my husband and I's first home together, and to this day we still think fondly of it. We lived there for about a year and a half before employment opportunities took us elsewhere. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Maintenance is top notch, and for an older apartment, we had much fewer problems than expected. Loved our time there. It is such a honey space. I highly recommend it here."

"I have had an unacceptable experience with Las Palmas in my first month here. I moved in, and the apartment was not cleaned/prepared from the previous tenant. There was a garbage can from housecleaning indicating some cleaning ongoing at some point, but dirt all over the hardwood floors. There were no stovetops. There was no microwave. There were holes in a cabinet where a microwave once was. The dryer was broken. The dishwasher was broken. They gave me the wrong keys. It has been a month and they have now replaced the keys, done a poor job cleaning the floors (I had to clean over them, scrubbing out issues from previous tenant), installed a microwave and stovetop. They have not fixed the holes in the cabinet. They just cleaned the pipes of the dryer to attempt to improve it's function, and they littered lint ALL OVER the living room doing it - that was the last straw. I already spent time cleaning once when I moved in because the apartment wasn't clean, now I have to clean after the management another time! The maintenance gentleman is very nice but it appears he is significantly overworked If considering moving in here I would double and triple check that they have prepared your apartment for move in"

"I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The atmosphere is nice and the workers and staff make you feel very comfortable. Pauline at the front is always available to assist you, and Leonel aka Lonnie (the maintenance lead) is the most efficient human being I’ve ever met. I swear that he has clones of himself running around everywhere since I constantly see him all over property. Today my AC broke, I submitted my service request online and he showed up at my door within 20 minutes. He fixed the problem shortly afterward. It was truly incredible. They truly care about you here."
