"A lot of the streets here need to be re-paved (Filled with potholes which haven't been addressed), next-door neighbors can be extremely noisy (Mostly the low income renters), some neighbors will be speeding in the streets during the evening, and strange angsty teens will occasionally be messing around at night. The best thing about the neighborhood is just that it has Clubhouse activities, Golfing and its Pool."
