"I Love Valley View Apartments and love working there. Very nice large floorplans with walk in closets. Amazing common areas like the playground, barbecue grills, picnic area, gazebo, and basketball court. Valley View Apartments offers monthly social events for the residents and a clubhouse equipped with two computers for the use of the residents. Residents are very friendly, I would highly recommend."
"Terrible place, Manager is always trying to charge cash to keep & charging extra for issues that are not in the Lease Agreement. They don't tell us what is allowed or what is NOT. Manager does as she pleases. Corporate or owner needs to better this place. This place is ghetto & Maintenance is never here on time! I have videos where the restroom leaks all the time & the A/C always brakes down!"
