"Cockroaches. Had to get rid of all my furniture after buying new furniture when I moved in. Should of been warned before moving in. You can't tell if there is cockroaches when your doing a walk through."

"My one-year lease expired May 31, 2022. Before I left, my apartment was inspected and approved for a full security deposit refund of $300. A confirmation of this was mailed to me on June 2, 2022, but without a check. I called to find out about the check and was told it would take 30 days. No check by the middle of July. I called again and I was told they would look into it. There was no way for me to talk to the people responsible. Another call and an email from me in August and I received a check dated August 31. There was never an explanation for the delay. I don't think they intended to send me a check if I didn't keep after them."
"I have to say our experience here so far has been amazing! The manager is amazing very friendly and helpful. The entire staff is great! Spacious 2bedroom/ 2bath and updated."
"The staff is absolutely fantastic. They made us feel at home and treated us right. The apartments, while not new, are being renovated and updated constantly. The owner, Geoff (or Jeff), is working very hard to make this into a first-rate complex. Apartment manager lives on-site. If you are going to live in Hondo, you should certainly take a look!"
