"This is a great family friendly place. Very close to 3 schools. Right behind the apartments. Next to the city Recreation Center, which includes swimming pool, picnic area, courts and baseball field. Great side of the neighborhood in the city. Playground, 2 laundry facilities and a dog park coming soon. The new ownership has updated alot of units and updating the property. The property is also Fiber-Fed and offers Hi Speed Internet and Premium Direct TV with no hassle."
