"This hotel was exactly what we needed after attending a memorial service in Bandera on our way home to the Rio Grande Valley. First, the reservation was very easily made- the cost was very reasonable- and checking in was super simple. The room was clean- heater worked- temperature was about 30°- Wi-Fi was amazing- bed very comfortable-very safe and a good night’s sleep was great. Very thankful that we were able to rest up here."
"Unless your okay with bed sheets that have bleach and other stains, stains on the thin coverlet and finding a man’s tighty whities hanging on the bathroom doorknob, do not stay here!! This was my experience last night. The underwear on the doorknob was beyond the tipping point!! Repulsive!! I really wish I could add pictures to do this review justice. It was so bad that I decided to just leave and drive the rest of the way home after a long work trip day. I will say the gentleman that checked me in was really friendly. I’d have gone in and asked for a refund but then I’d have to deal w explaining all of that on my work expenses later. Just over it!"

"The location was perfect for being close to the Quail Crossing Ranch. The rooms need some TLC for sure, but I couldn't beat the price and location."
"We've stayed at this hotel before and we stayed there this past weekend. We've never had an issue. The room was super clean as well as the restroom. The young gentleman who helped us book a room was very polite and friendly. They are renovating and we're looking forward to visiting again in the near future."
