"We have been renting from them for over 3 years and they have continued to provide awful services. They NEVER want to fix anything and have left us and several other tenants without plumbing for several days at a time. If you call them they don't even have an emergency maintenance number listed for dumb reasons. I've been in my home with sewer water soaking my carpet for 4+ days. I also had to report them to code enforcement due to the poor roofing on our patio and BLACK MOLD in the bathroom. The secretary and maintenance crew is nice but the owners are money hungry slumlords"

"They will not fix anything so take them to court! They will not refund your full deposit whenever you move out. Chester and his wife are money hungry and don't care about their tenants, the maintenance make a mess every time they come in your house. Don't rent from them its not worth it."

"I called about a house and specifically asked them if they take a dog in the backyard. Informed them it was a German Shepard and she stays outside. I was told yes just have to make a pet deposit. So I go to the office and pay a $20 application fee and answer all questions they have. They call me the next day and say I didn't qualify due to my dog. So basically they just took my $20 with no intentions on renting to me. They act nice when you go in but cannot be trusted!"
