"I am a past tenant from 2313 25th and my experience with True Asset was stressful. Upon touring the house , the realtor did not bother to show us anything, so we had to take inatiative and look around ourselves. We were only notified of some problems with the house and we ended up signing the lease. However, after moving in we discovered many other things that were wrong. For one, there was no cold water, their was mold growing in the bathroom and living room, there are holes all around the house (so lots of bugs around), their is no insulation, the walls in the kitchen are collapsing, etc. In fact, the whole house probably needs to be remolded/renovated by the landlord. We were also not aware that we could put in work orders because of how badly informed we were by True Asset. Back in July, we put in our first and last work order because we lost trust in maintenence due to a mold situation. Contacting True Asset was also difficult. Their are many occasions were I tried to call or email them and I received no response back. I had to physically go to their office to get my questions answered. True Asset seems to cater to their landlords more than their tenants. I suggest that if you are a first time renter to not go with True Asset unless you're knowledgeable and know what you are doing. In our time in the house we made no improvements, and I just want to warn anyone especially with kids. That this house is not a environment suitable for living. I understand True Asset does not remodel houses (they just rent them out), but if I can save someone from making a mistake then I am happy to share my experience."

"So to anyone wanting to know about this company. We just moved out of 2313 25th St. And this property has immediately gone up for rent. No renovations. No updates. Nothing. And let me tell you, living at this property was a nightmare. 700 bucks a month was a complete rip off. Now they want to raise the rent. There are holes under the stove that cause the worst draft. There's mold under the Sheetrock that the maintenance team told us it wasn't mold. There is no excuse for the lies they're trying to tell people. They are impossible to get ahold of. Call them after hours, and they will block you. They don't care about you. Only your money."
