"THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED!!! IF YOU WANT TO LIVE WITH A BUG INFESTATION THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! First it was roaches, now it's crickets! I have spent so much money on bug sprays. There are literally thousands of crickets all over my front porch and front door daily! And the front door is poorly insulated, there is a large crack between the floor of the apartment and the bottom of the door along with the sides of the door, so crickets are easily able to come in. Every morning I wake up and find at least 10 crickets inside my apartment. I called the office to see if there was anything that could be done because I literally could not exit my apartment because my front porch was covered in so many bugs. All they suggested was that I sweep them off of my porch with a broom........these crickets were all alive....and if the front office had any comment sense they would know that crickets jump. Opening my door and sweeping only caused a huge amount of them to jump into my apartment. The only thing they could offer me was to be put on the exterminator list for the week. Exterminators only come once a week on Thursday, it was Monday when I called. I have to deal with this everyday of week, and have to wait all the way until THURSDAY for someone to come and spray. They did a "big" extermination last week but it obviously didn't solve any problems since I still have hundreds to thousands of crickets outside/ inside of my apartment everyday. I already have a bachelor's degree from Tech and am pursuing a second degree. I read great reviews online so that's why I chose to move in here. I planned on living here for 4 years but after having to deal with this I am so thankful that I only signed a 9 month lease. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. The price of the apartment is not worth the bug issues that I'm having to deal with. I've lived at The Ranch Apartments and never had any bug issues there. I've visited other friends' apartments near Tech campus and no one has bug issues. I can't even have guests over to my apartment because the amount of bugs is so disgusting and and embarrassing."

"Upon moving to Lubbock I looked at several apartment complexes. We had to sign our lease without looking at the apartment because it was "full" and it turned out to be the older apartment style. I was a little dissapointed but with that being said I love living here. I may even live here longer than expected. The neighbors are so quiet and if you have any problems they resolve them asap (usually the same day). The customer service is top knotch. The only thing I really dislike is the gym...its more of a closet than anything but thats ok."
