"I lived there from 7/15/22-2/15/23 - despite having a 6mo lease, I was forced into a "7-mo" contract, aside from all the water leaking constantly in the bathroom from the A/C unit, which froze over more than 10-times during my stay, I cleaned the crap out of it when I moved in since they didn't have it ready, despite being told it was, I kept it immaculate throughout, my refrigerator went out and they just pulled one from the adjacent apartment I wasn't refunded for my spoiled over $200 worth of spoiled food, despite me letting them know with ample time. To add insult to injury, I was sent to collections for the last month that I wasn't supposed to be charged for and on top of that were charging me for cleaning fees, I have pictures and videos of how I left that place, it was better than when I moved in. So, in very few words, this is not worth the stay or money. They will stick it to you ever which way they can."

"Roaches, asked to spray twice now haven’t sprayed 1 time since we moved in said they would every month. Water, 6 months I lived here the water has been out combined at least a total week out of 6 months. Office people, very rude puts on fake smile until you walk out the door. Put in maintenance requests they said they “resolved” or handled them not 1 issue has been handled.. Heated water, only one of my bathrooms has been used this 6 month lease because the hot water only works in spare, and even still the water in spare has to be ran at a minimum of 15 min for it to start to even get warm.. and more TERRIBLE PLACE TO BE. Terrible people that run the place."

"WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX, WORST MANAGEMENT EVER EXPERIENCED (Theresa Gladding) specifically. DO NOT WASTE OR TIME OR MONEY. Water is constantly being turned off without warning because of “water issues” We have a two bath two bedroom apartment and one of the bathrooms shower has never been used once in the whole 6 month lease because the water never gets warm nor hot. Made three maintenance requests and had to go talk to them 4 plus times. Never once was anything taken care of. Cockroach problem is big. When we moved in they said they were going to come spray once a month but out of this whole lease they never came once to spray and we talked to the pest control guy when he was supposed to come spray our apartment and went and asked Theresa if he is going to spray in our apartment guessing she told him no and he proceeeded to go directly across the hall and spray our neighbors apartment. If you don’t know a thing or two about your rights as a tenant and you move in here they will definitely try to get everything out of you with nothing to help in return. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!"

"Wonderful experience thus far with all the processes. We had a bit of a rocky start and moving out of state to rent here was tricky. The staff and management was extremely patient and helpful in the process. Upon turning in our move in report they assured that all the minor issues we did find (and I’m SUPER picky when it comes to things like that due to past experience) are going to be taken care of. The apartment is beautiful and ARTIC air conditioning. Lots of space. Really happy to have moved in here. A HUGE thank you to the manager Jeannie for getting us taken care of. Extremely helpful and kind!"
