"I had an issue with my apartment a few days ago and I met Brenda for the first time. Brenda was the rudest and most unprofessional person that I have had to deal with in a very long time. Especially for someone in a management position. I am going on 3 years here and I have never had an issue with any staff or maintenance personnel. Recently they have removed the assigned parking spaces and are now charging for the “complementary WiFi and cable” they are currently advertising."

"I lived in these apartments for a little less than 3 years. I only had a couple of complaints in the last year that had to do with maintenance, but that is usually typical of any apartment complex. I will say, however, that the couple of maintenance guys I did meet seemed very nice and tried to be attentive. The front office staff was also very nice and respectful. When I gave respect, I got respect. I really only had one incident where I felt uncomfortable with someone in the front office. Overall, the apartment was nice, never had an issue with any insects or major breakage of any appliances. I probably would've renewed if it wasn't for moving away from Lubbock :)"

"The office staff are courteous, and requests for repairs are taken care of in a timely manner. The only thing is the heater filters need to be changed more often. We have had a wonderful experience here. We wish to stay into the foreseeable future."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE!! THEY ARE ESSENTIALLY SLUM LORDS!!!!! Maintenance requests routinely take over 6 months to be addressed. The front office staff will tell you that the issue will be resolved shortly but it never is. They also recently removed the free internet, cable, assigned parking AND RAISED RENT!!! New owners require a 60 day move out notice but they will not notify you that your lease is expiring until 60-65 days before you it lease expires leaving you with just a few days to find a new place or pay their outrageous fees. There is a snail infestation as well, I’m talking about literally thousands of them crawling all over the doors, walls and yards. They charge us a fee each month for pest control but when this issue was brought to the office staff attention I was told that there is nothing to be done about a snail infestation but if you contact any pest control company they will tell you different. I am sure I will get a reply stating that they are sorry about this experience and to reach out to them at their phone number or email address for them to handle the issue but that is a COMPLETE LIE!!! I am only posting this because calling and emailing has gotten me nowhere. I am also filing a complaint with the better business bureau and I truly hope that you are all fired and subjected to such terrible living conditions"

"Everything was smooth and easy as far as getting into the apartment and signing the lease. The office staff was so nice and worked so hard to get me in as fast as possible. They helped with everything paperwork wise and made sure that we feel welcomed."
