"If I could give 0 stars I would. They misplace money that has been paid to them and continually go against everything they say they will do. They are money hungry and will do anything to screw you over. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING IN ANY KIND OF CONTRACT WITH THEM."

"We moved about alil over a week ago. They have been on top of things. As you know, when you move into a house that is very old, things have a tendency to have lil issues, but they get someone right away to fix it. I would recommend them for landlords."

"Management company took $300 from our deposit for cleaning fees, however we left the place spotless and better than we got it. Cleaning fee was due to dust on a ceiling fan that was there when we moved in. Although they didn’t leave the apartment clean when we moved in they were extremely nit-picky when move out time came. Our dishwasher also broke several times, and they would often take weeks to fix it, and it would break again shortly after. Very disappointed in this company, be very careful with them and make sure to note every little speck on the move in form, they suddenly seem to have unachievable cleaning standards after a tenant leaves."

"Would give zero stars if I could. Left our duplex in better condition then what we found it. Was promised a completely different floorplan and grass backyard when we signed the lease and toured the model. Was only there for a year and got a fraction of our deposit back. Got charged an absurd amount for cleaning fans because they just could not admit we left the house in perfect condition. We turned in our keys with a forwarding address yet our check was sent to the house we MOVED OUT of. Yet we have to pay the reissuing bank fee to get a new check... how does that make sense. The houses were cheaply made and and the management company especially Carol was unhelpful and unwilling to work with you."

"I paid the full month of June and told my landlord I had moved out on June 3rd, but I have a security system in the unit and the company will be coming back to remove it in a few weeks. They ended up removing the equipment and throwing it away. When I called to try to locate my equipment they told me it's gone and there was no way to locate it. This equipment is financed and I still have $2,200 left to pay for it. Considering I paid rent for June 1st- June 30th they should have never started the make ready process until after June 30th. They stated someone moved in on June 26th; it is illegal to charge two tenants rent simultaneity in the state of Texas. They did not prorate my rent amount so if they wanted to make ready the unit sooner, they should have prorated my June rent and notified me. I am leaving this review to have someone contact me in regards to compensation for my equipment before I file a small claims case. Thank you."
