"It's rather hard to rent a townhouse out if the person who answers the phone for the management company doesn't seem to know they manage Del Estrado. There's never a manager in the office and by the look of the other reviews, we may have dodged a bullet."

"STEER CLEAR OF ANY MYND PROPERTIES!!! Absolute trash of a management company..I rented at Del Estrado from Dec 2021until Dec 2023.. peak property management was great. Always quick to respond and get things fixed but once Mynd bought them out it went to trash. I had to vacate 4 months early due to work and moving to Dallas. My lease through peak property stated I had to pay 1.5 months of rent to get out $2070. Mind you I NEVER signed a lease through Mynd but since I have refused to pay rent there every month until my lease is up now they have come up with almost $2000 in charges since I’ve moved out..carpet cleaning $200( I have proof o paid a company to come clean the carpets 12/28/2023) $326 cleaning fees( it looked better when I left than when I first moved in) $945 in painting.(you painted 2 doors and the trim) I know other people have had their cheap paint just start peeling back from the doors. Lawnscaping $108.70 ( I cut the grass and cleaned up the backyard 2 days prior to moving out) and GOD FORBID YOU GET ANYONE TO CALL YOU BACK. I have been trying to get this resolved since I moved out at the end of December and still can’t get through to anyone upper management"

"This complex is great. Lots of renovations happening that are making the facility improve overall, maintenance is more responsive and have cared for my issues in a timely manner. Won’t be moving any time soon!"

"THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE! "SLUM LORDS" was a description used by one of their own employees! They have roaches, mice, no weather proofing and my HOME WAS FLOODED BY SEWAGE!! SEEPING THROUGH THE FLOORBOARDS, UP THE SINK, THROUGH THE DISHWASHER, OUT FROM THE STAIRCASE, IN THE CLOSET THAT HAS THE AC/HEATER. All of my items, EVERYTHING I OWNED, were deemed a loss by the insurance adjuster; they did not help me move out, they did not offer to get my things out, they did not ask the tenants to stop using the lines, they let my unit become one giant septic tank and let me stay in it 24hrs after we watched sewage EXPLODE into the AC/heater unit. They STILL have not refunded my security deposit or rent, it has been almost 2 months. Buddy Bryson is the leasing manager and refuses to give me his supervisors name or anyone else in the accounting department. This place will rob you and then some! Sure the rooms are big, but you'll have bugs and mice. Like the pool? Don't, they don't use it in the summer. This place is TERRRIIIBBBLLLEEEE. Half of the "good reviews" are paid for and bots.."

"Love the apartment setup! The master bedroom is large and the pickleball area has to be my favorite part of the whole property! Great space to grill when friends and family come over!"
