"I’ve lived here for a little over 6 months now and it’s been 100% better than my previous apartment complex. The office staff is very friendly and willing to help. After putting in maintenance requests, they are address in a timely manner and completed quickly if it’s a simple fix; or they keep you informed about it. They keep the grounds in great condition. From the falling leaves in the fall and recently painted the building across property. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new apartment!"

"We have loved living here and will miss it so much! Stonelake is a hidden gem with it's own lake and a beautiful pier overlook. There are so many large beautiful trees and the property is very well maintained. Armando the maintenance man is super friendly, helpful, and gets things working quickly. Lyndsay, Maggie, and Taylor in the office are the sweetest most helpful people. They get to know you by name and are always welcoming. You won't find such a superb staff, beautiful grounds, wonderful community, or cozy apartments anywhere else!"

"We love living at Stonelake! We're coming up on our one year mark here and we've decided to renew here because it's so nice! Maggie and Lindsey (the managers) are amazing! I'd recommend these apartments just for them! I've never had a problem they wouldn't go out of their way to help me with. They always say hi when they see us around the property and they know all the residents by name. Maintenance is always quick and the guys are super nice! The property is beautiful by itself, but it's also super well kept and clean. They just updated the shared laundry rooms a couple months ago and they look great! As for the apartments themselves, we're a newlywed couple and this is our first apartment together. We're just starting out, and we don't have a bunch of stuff yet. For reference, our apartment is a small one bedroom (E floor plan). There's more than enough shelving to decorate/store what we need to. Don't let that scare you, though, there are larger options with much more storage space! The kitchen is pretty standard for an apartment. It's small, but it works fine for just me and my spouse! The bedroom is a good size. It fits our queen bed, two side tables, and a dresser and doesn't feel crowded at all. The closet is pretty large, too! The bathroom is a good size for an apartment. It has a linen closet that fits a laundry hamper at the bottom and plenty of shelving for towels and other bathroom miscellaneous items. The walls are thick enough that you don't hear sounds from your neighbors, and overall, it's really nice. As far as the community/surrounding area, all the neighbors are really nice too. I have an older couple living beneath me and they always say hi when we run into each other! With the snow out, I've also seen some kids running around the property playing, and they're all really well mannered. Neighbors say hi in the laundry rooms and when walking around property. I've never had a problem with anyone that lives here! We live across from Waters Elementary, and it's never caused me any trouble. The parents that park on the road nearby are always considerate and it's easy to get past the school zone even during pick up and drop off. We don't have any kids, but if you do, it's super easy access! We also have easy access to the loop, Tinsel Town movie theater, a couple grocery stores, lots of restaurants, and even a lot of other amenities (Bolton's, Walgreens, Starbucks, Discount Tire, some urgent care clinics, storage units, etc.) Honestly, if I told you anything I didn't like about these apartments, it'd just be nitpicking. We love it here! I think it's a great place for young families, students, couples, and older couples. There's definitely something for everyone. I'd 100% recommend these apartments to anyone!"

"Signed up for a 12mo lease with a dog, and had a great and easy time. They have the biggest dog park in the city on site, and it's always fairly clean and green. I broke my lease after 6mo to pursue a job out-of-city, and there was no fuss. The management is attentive, and the grounds are dead quiet. The pond is stocked with crappie, bass, and catfish, and I routinely ate the catfish and bass. Haven't died yet. Overall, the quality of the apartments are older, but well maintained. The maintenance crew is nice, trash is reasonably dumped, and response time is great. Enjoyed every minute of it and wish they had another property in my new town."

"Lived here a few years ago and moved. I've gotten the chance to come back and I'm really happy! This place feels like home. It is on the old side, hopefully the complex would consider updating the buildings, windows, etc. Other than that a great staff and maintenance gets everything completed within a couple of days! Happy to be home!"
