"perfect if you have 4 people staying with you. Horrible if any less me and two of my roommates stayed here for maybe 5 months, everything was okay management rarely answers or helps out when needed. if you need something fixed just know you'll wait a week minimum to get it fixed. we were out of the said wi-fi that was included in the rent for 3 months. the neighborhood is not safe whatsoever most nights you'll hear police sirens or gunshots and most of all they don't care who they put in to live with you. One girl who lived down the road stated they put her with 3 older men and basically told her to deal with it. my roommates and I are all girls aged 18-19 and they had mentioned we were getting a roommate who was, said by Mia the assistant manager " Around our age" which made us excited. however we were shocked to see a person who ended up to be twice our age walk into our home and move in. we ended up breaking our lease after they had told us to again basically "deal with it". we are all very happy to be out of that place and finally feeling safer somewhere very far away."

"Management and house construction not the best. Rent was cheap but location was pretty sketchy. Had a horrible experience getting my deposit back. Had to send a certified letter and got no breakdown of expenses. Took them three months after lease ended to get my deposit back."

"Terrible management, can barely get a response, except when it’s to their convenience. Poorly built houses, had maintenance issues that never got fixed and when I brought up the garage electricity going out with no breaker flipped (serious electrical issue) they expected me to call overhead door, was I supposed to pay for it out of pocket? Told my roommate maintenance would be in to fix dishwasher one day, and they never showed up. When asked for a list of the charges on my security deposit because it was more than half and I left my space clean, NO RESPONSE. Neighborhood is also unsafe, when showing you the house they tell you they have cameras, but they forget to mention it is for the security of THEIR buildings not yours. Highly recommend going somewhere else, lots of cheaper places with more amenities."

"Horrible neighborhood with break ins and shootings. House quality is subpar. Managers will take advantage of college students by saying one thing in person to reassure them but not stick to it in the end and since they made sure to never get it in writing your hands are tied. Tried getting out of contact because the people they assigned to my daughter were filthy and had dogs that were causing damages. Instead my daughter was stuck sharing the cost in the end and the 4th tenant got hers back. Not worth savoring a little monthly rent on this cheap place"

"The house itself was great, but the management is horrible. I left my room near perfect after moving out at the beginning of summer. After I sent pictures of my room and how I left it to the landlord, I was told I’d be getting my deposit within 30 days. I never got the deposit so finally had to try and contact them. They refused to give me the deposit back because the house was a “mess”, and there were dog damages. Which in the lease, it clearly showed I had no dog. After having many problems in the house throughout the year, I was disappointed with the outcome not even getting my deposit back. My family and I are taking legal actions due to the fact it was all uncalled for. Very unprofessional and I truly believe they’re just trying to take money from college kids."
