"The upgrades that are being done to that apartment and others that the valor industries own the electrical work in them are not being done properly or inspected they are a fire hazard. The HVAC technicians are in violation of the EPA. Codes releasing refrigerant into the air and illegal sailing of pumped down units. If you value your loved one's life get them out of there and don't let him move in"

"Great apartments! The units are nice and the property is very cozy. There are some minor maintenance issues in my unit, but no big problems. Maintenance is very fast! They came within a couple hours of putting in a maintenance request. My only complaint is the A/C system is a little odd. In the colder months, they only have heating, and in the warmer months they only have cooling. Other than that, great place to live!"
