"Well the reviews are very recent and very discouraging. Sad that people who can't afford 1000 a month rent have to settle for unfit conditions. I won't apply and guess I'll have to move out of town to find something decent. Sad. Very disappointed in the apartment hunting reviews."
"This place is the worst place I’ve ever rented out at. The office people are so unorganized and unprofessional. The tenants are ghetto and there’s never no parking spots because random cars that are never regularly there. I will never recommend this place to anybody! I’ve had better service on 50th and Q. Front desk girls are trashy and full of themselves. This s is the one place on this side of town full of raunchy people.4 weeks and i’m already leaving for somewhere way better and worth the actual price of rent not a slumlord. Nothing like the pictures and horrible maintenance. My restroom had the landlord special the whole place did."
"Paid $1000 told them I just changed jobs and I’ll pay the remaining once I get a check from current employer which was $260 told me tomorrow which will be Friday there posting a 3 day notice and I’ll have to vacate the property and pay court fees no where in my lease states anything like this make it up rules as they go I also referred a couple and when I moved in they gave my a flyer for $200 of rent well they denied that couple because they didn’t want to take $200 off rent because they got approved at 2 other locations I told my wife this place was sketchy why they had so many vacancy’s definitely will be moving out soon as lease is up"
"Don’t sign a lease here unless you want to pay triple the rent that other comparable properties offer. Terrible at conducting maintenance, the buildings keep catching on fire, the water system is constantly shut off for them to run the sprinklers from tenant water supplies so that they get to charge you more. Do not live here."
