"The new management is so bad. Nothing ever got fixed! They missed almost two months of spraying for bugs, which then beacons a huge issue!! They are trying to charge us 1,500 for reletting fee and we met our lease terms. I left the place spotless!! They are now trying to charge me all kinds of cleaning fees!! I left the apartment cleaner than when we moved in!! Do not move in this place it’s a nightmare!!!!"
"The overall conditions in this apartment were not acceptable. Our ac was out for almost 2 years, and when we moved, they claimed to have "fixed" the AC before we moved out. However, I can confirm that the AC unit was not working on our moving day. They started adding "month to month fees" to our rent, as well as water, but not the water for the month we were paying on our rent, rather up to 2 months prior. Staff did not care for tenants, as well as had zero priority for the tenants issues in the building, when I put in a work order for the ac to get fixed (again) 2 months before moving out, they acknowledged it, then hired someone to install a new sprinkler system in the grass. After we moved, they claimed the work had been done 7 days before we moved. I would not recommend courtyards by the lake apartments until they change how they handle their tenants."
