"Nice studio room for one occupant. Might be tougher living more than one. Be watchful of pests (cockroaches, ants, earwigs, mice) if messy home."

"The worst place to live EVER! Was shot up multiple times while living there. It’s very dirty. The management is terrible. Vanessa is horrible and doesn’t do her job at all. Not worth it at all. It’s a very dirty environment."

"Place isn't run well. They do whatever they can to get you in then once you are there they forget about you. There is constantly dog poop everywhere. There was a shooting in the back of the place, they didn't mention anything about it or tell us anything to feel safer. Then the building wall at the back collapsed and for months they left the pieces on the floor. Then where the shooting was 6 months ago they just boarded up the window. It's still boarded up today that I write this. The collapsed wall is still down too. Place is so badly run that putting in a call to fix a problem will get done months after asking to fix or putting in a request. There was a point they kept saying request completed when nothing was done because they didn't want to deal with it. That went on for months. I know a lot of people here's AC wasn't working in the summer and they finally got around to fixing it in the fall. Not to mention another shooting a few months after the first. Scared to walk to car at night in this place. Cars are constantly speeding by (especially on the weekend). People play loud music constantly. Anything brought to the ladies at the offices attention are met with attitude and annoyance at bothering them. (Vanessa is horrible. If she's still there run. She's smiles to get you in then a terror to deal with.) We still have requests open that we put in over 6 months ago. (Guess they couldn't even bother to pretend they did it this time.) I have friends that constantly tell me I should get out of this place. I say it's not that bad so they dont worry. But it is that bad. And I know most people who actually live here feel that way too."

"I have applied and been approved. I’ll be signing my lease soon. Note: I have not even moved in yet, and I’ve already had more than enough issues. The tour of the renovated apartment they give is fine, and they’re “happy to help” up until you’ve submitted an application. I received different information from two employees there. One employee was making me doubt my application because my guarantor didn’t make much, even though income does NOT matter, and they only look at credit score. I suggest only asking the manager (even though she’s a headache to deal with also). Then, after I got approved, I received two different leases because they changed my duplex number. When I emailed the manager to receive some answers on questions I had, she was very rude about it. She didn’t seem to want to answer them. She said that if I had so many concerns, I might want to rethink signing the lease. Since when are questions looked down upon? I’m asking questions about the place I’ll be moving into. Overall, these people seem to not enjoy their job, and hate providing customer service (which is a part of their job). Other reviews have said that they are always changing management and I see why. The owner seems to not have any luck finding good people for the positions. I would suggest not starting an application here and looking elsewhere."
