"I've lived in 8 rental properties over the course of the last 9 years in Lubbock prior to living in Brickstone. Brickstone has easily surpassed each property I've rented from. Any time I've requested maintenance, they have gotten it handled the DAY OF the request. The girls in the office are so nice, personable, and helpful. The little things like remembering my dogs name anytime I see them, or pulling my packages as soon as they see my car drive up to the office, or responding quickly to my emails even on the weekends have made me feel so valued and appreciated. The location is good, and it's so close to I-27 which I use every single day. The property is well-maintained and it's a quiet community that feels like home. I've had NO problems with hearing upstairs or next door neighbors. If I weren't moving cities, I would absolutely renew my lease at Brickstone Villas. I will be quick to recommend this property to any and everyone!"

"This place has a unique layout that makes it perfect for a working disabled person using a walker or wheelchair. The wide doorways and unusual door placement in the hallway make it easy to get in and out of the bathroom, and the open kitchen/living room layout is unique in the Lubbock area, where everybody else uses a narrow galley kitchen. It's not for everybody, but being able to keep a wide open space in front of the refrigerator, sink, and oven makes everything super easy to access. If you live alone and don't need a lot of storage, everything in here is new, built to a high standard, and managed by super friendly professional staff. I turned half my living room into a home studio/office using a conference table for a desk. If you need high bandwidth for a home office, this place works great with AT&T Fiber. The Ethernet jacks are already wired, it's faster than any competition in this area and setup took literally 10 minutes."

"The Southwest Airlines of apartments — Best apartment I’ve ever lived in (for 3 years), hands down. Most square footage for my money, prompt and efficient maintenance team, quiet neighborhood, and pretty landscaping. The office staff is not only helpful but truly kind and understanding and truly friends with the residents. They prioritize cleanliness and maintenance of grounds and amenities with excellent communication if anything will be closed briefly. The only reason I would ever move anywhere else is if I left Lubbock. Otherwise, you can pry my lease and my unit from my cold dead hands."

"This is such an amazing apartment complex. The grounds are always kept up and look nice. Which is really nice since me and my dog walk around. The pool area is one of the best that I have seen in Lubbock. And the management is so amazing, not like any others in town! Just all around a very nice place to live!"
