"I went in person to apply. And yes when you leave a message they never get back to you. But I meant the Manger and he was very helpful. But I'm still waiting to see if I qualify for the apartment or not. They still haven't gotten back to me. But yet they did take my deposit for the apartment. So hopefully they will get back to me as soon as possible Well I cancel my application with ESTRADA NORTH. THESE PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THERE JOB. I GAVE THEM A $250.00 DOLLAR DEPOSIT MONEY ORDER. AND WHEN I CALLED AND TALK TO A LADY THAT WAS BEING TRAIN THE LAST TIME I WENT TO THE OFFICE SHE SAID SHE WAS GOING TO SENT ME MY MONEY ORDER BACK. BUT WHEN I RECEIVED THE MONEY ORDER THEY HAD SCRATCH OUT THEIR NAME AND ON MEMO WROTE DOWN DEPOSIT. THEY TRYED TO BLAME IT ON JOHNNY ORTEGON THE MANGER. WHEN HES BEEN ABSENT FROM THE OFFICE FOR AT LEAST 1 MONTH. THESE PEOPLE ARE SLUM LANDLORDS AND BEWARE OF PLACES AND PEOPLE LIKE THIS. THEY ARE OUT TO GET YOU. ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY THEY DONT CARE. ESTRADA NORTH APARTMENTS, GOOD THING I DIDNT BOTHER GETTING AN APARTMENTS THERE. JUST HOPE THAT I CAN GET MY MONEY ORDER CASH NOW. THEY THINK THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL BUT THEY ARENT."

"AVOID THE STONE HOLLOWS AT ALL COST! When the winter storm hit the apartment next door to me water heater busted which caused my apartment to flood, when I made the complaint they said they were on it. My apartment soon grew mold and the living conditions became unbearable to live in as it was NEVER taken care of. I stayed until my lease was up 6/1 and it was still not handled then. Going forward these apartments are trying to sue me saying I still live there and are taking me to court, I’ve cut off my electricity 6/1 and every month they turn it back on underneath my name and I call every month to cut it off. THESE APARTMENTS ARE CROOKS! Since the apartment manager Adrienne left they have went down hill. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"Ive been a resident for 7.5 years and they treat the residents like trash . I haven’t had walls or carpet since March 30 2021 they are refusing to repair or move me. There’s atleast 10 apartments here in the same condition. Property has trash all over it daily. Tons of stray cats and dogs. No communication from management or maintenance. No staff in office ever. Staff really rude ive been hung up on while trying t to request copies of my lease. Please don’t move here"

"A quiet and nice place to live. I lived here for 4 months and don't have any complaints. The leasing team does everything to make living here a great experience. Any time we had an issue that required maintenance they would come and fix it right away, I don't think I ever had to wait more than a couple hours before something got fixed or taken care of."
