Escondido Apartments

"We (my wife & i) have Lived here since it opened in November 2015. In those eight years, the staff has had some turnover, but all of the staff who have ever worked here have been fabulous. It is a great complex in a larger, master-planned apartments community with a pond inside a park that also contains a dog-park, walking path, and lots of room. The apartments themselves are great with good layouts, and the maintenance is responsive, the office helpful, and there are seasonal events to enjoy. They are expensive, but worth every penny for what You get. We Love it here!"

"I just moved to Lubbock in April of 23. We toured many apartment homes here in the Lubbock area. This one called out to us for many reasons. 1. The staff is nice and attentive. I didn’t feel rushed or unwanted. They answered all my questions and even recommended dates for the floor plan that worked best for us. 2. The space in the biggest two bedroom really feels like a small home. The floor plan was beautifully executed. 3. The fireplace, the back yard are all pluses! Especially with a kindergartener. 4. The community is super quiet. 5. The park just across the street from the property is an added plus! We don’t have dogs but there is a dog park there too. 5. This property is tucked in the very back, which I love but also so close to many stores and restaurants! We love that call this place home and will be renewing come next year."

"I have lived at Escondido for almost 2 years now and love it! One of the big pulls was to have the private park with the dog park. Love how this complex (and others) are tucked back away from heavy traffic and the city. It's close enough to get anywhere quick, but still get a quiet area to live. The apartment managers are quick to reply and usually fix everything within a short amount of time!"

"I have lived at Escondido for a little over 2 years, and it has been nothing short of exceptional. Work orders are handled promptly and with quality service. They even came and installed a specific faucet that I purchased myself! The property manager, Chelsee, is so kind and eager to help with anything that tenants may need. Rates are reasonable compared to places of a similar quality in LBK. Definitely recommend!"
