"My boyfriend and I have been living in a two bedroom apartment together and we thoroughly enjoyed living there for the first month. However, after recent discoveries, we have noticed that our dishwasher does not work and our oven doesn’t even heat up. We also discovered that we have been charged for a pet deposit every month and have yet to be issued or even heard a response about a refund. My boyfriend has called the leasing agent multiple times and has left multiple messages and gets 0 response. I would not recommend living here unless you enjoy not getting a response for the apartment you pay for."

"If I could give the managment for this property zero stars, I would. The lack of professionalism and obvious disorganization I witnessed and experienced by the leasing agent (Anna Nicole) would have been laughable if I hadn't been so interested in this location. After a private apartment shopper vetted this location on my behalf, I invested the nonrefundable $200 for application/admin fees and was quickly approved. I never received a welcome letter or itemized amount of required expenses, but was instead met with numerous excuses of how short handed Anna was, and how there were no maintenance staff to help her with her responsibilities. She stated she was training someone else, constantly vetting other applicants or having to do make readys, in addition to all of the marketing for not just the property I was interested in, but 3 others as well, all of which I very seriously doubt. She would constantly announce she would be out of the office and unreachable for hours on end due to marketing whenever I did get her on the phone. It was weeks of calling to see if the unit was available, no lease or email from her was ever sent to me. No initiative on her part. 9 days went by with no contact from her, until the day before my verbally arranged move in date arrived, at which point she called and asked me if I was still interested in the unit. Of course I wasn't, if she treats applicants like that during the courting process, imagine how incompetent she must be once you're stuck in a lease! Without apology, she informed me she would remove my application from the que and hung up. Whoever she reports to really needs to revisit training and possible performance evaluations. She lost a lease due to her sheer laziness and disinterest in her position, and quite frankly came across as very scam worthy. I tried reporting all of this to a direct supervisor but the call center was less than helpful and gave no guidance and I'm still considering a formal report to the BBB given just how ridiculous her conduct was with me and my apartment shopper."

"Im sure this place is nice and glad others have had a positive experience, for me, just trying to speak to a human being who works there has been impossible. I called: got sent to a call center, was told to call the same number on their website, I then tried to text them where I was told to go online where it says to call or text them at their listed number.. If they cant take the time for a simple phone call to inquire about housing I cant imagine how bad they must be about making repairs and maintaining the property."

"This is the beat place Regina the manager has been such a pleasure to work with. She has made the last year of our daughters time in Lubbock a great one. Why oh why didn’t we move her sooner !!!"
