"The new property manager April was so helpful, she was professional, patient, and even had a sense of humor. We looked at 2 different styles of a 2 bedroom apartment. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and found us the perfect apartment with the lake view from my bedroom window. We highly recommend April and San Remy for anyone looking to rent an Apartment!"

"I lived here for four years while. It was always a pleasure to interact with the amazing staff and sign new leases each year. Peter, Tabitha,Quention are super amazing people and I'm beyond blessed to have these people in my life. If I ever needed question's answered or help with anything they were alway's quick to help me at that moment. The grounds are well kept and clean. The apartment interiors have beautiful finishes, and if there was ever a problem maintenance,tabitha came to fix it quick after submitting a request. I would most definitely recommend San remy."

"San Remy is the best apartment complex I've ever lived at. We're moving out at the end of our lease end I'm genuinely going to miss it here. Tabitha is AMAZING and so kind. She has gone above and beyond for my husband and I more than once! Anything that has ever been broken has been fixed that day. We have a toddler and she's loved by our neighbors here too. This is a great place to live! 1000% recommend."

"I lived here for a year. The model they show of course is super nice. Once you get your apartment day of move in it’s awful! My cabinets were like sticky vinyl and we’re already messed up even though it had just been “remodeled”. Holes were patched up every where and it was even clean! Huge roach problem that wouldn’t go away. Bed bugs came in from apartment next door but I had to pay for the fix. When it rained water would leak through the windows and from the living room ceiling. Paid a pet deposit yet was charged out of my regular deposit for “odor” removal when we moved out. My ac constantly froze up and would be running for hours when I wasn’t home. High electric bill because their windows and doors are not sealed correctly. Had no internet for over 4 months until we finally had to get on them to replace everything - which they refuse to replace anything, ever!!! Over all a horrible experience and so glad we finally were able to move!"
