"I am writing this review to help others in the future. When I first moved in last year, I was excited to be the first person to live in the newly built part of the complex. Everything started off great minus the fact that the design of the laundry space does not fit a standard size W/D set. but everything else as far as the process was fine. Then about a Month after I moved in, a new management company took over which changed everything. The management company currently over this property is not customer friendly at all. First off the design of these townhomes are terrible, the smoke detector is right over the stove practically so you cannot cook anything without setting it off, even my air fryer on the counter would make it go off. For the laundry space, you will have to buy either a stackable washer/dryer, an all in one combo or a set for compact spaces which are very expensive in order to have access to washer/dryer. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from your neighbors even their conversations. The space is very tight, the rooms are small and there's barely any storage at all. In the whole townhouse there was only one drawer in the kitchen and you couldn't even open it all the way because it would hit the stove. Thankfully I had blinds from the original management company but it looks tacky with people using sheets, blinds they bought or none at all on these brand new buildings. The backyard with Gravel just grows weeds, I never was able to enjoy it, but mainly spent time trying to keep it from becoming a forest. Also there is trash everywhere because people do not know how to put their garbage in the actual bin. Thankfully I didn't have any issues as far as mice but there was definitely issues with bugs. They only do pest control quarterly for each building even though you pay monthly for it. Also they have dogs that bark non-stop all night long and nothing is done about it. Lastly Management is slow to fix or address anything. the battery went out in the smoke detector that is above the stairs, it couldn't be reached because its literally in the middle of the ceiling over the stairs, it took them almost two weeks to get it fixed so I had to listen it beep every minute and echo in the stairwell until they could buy a ladder to get it replaced. And like in other reviews if they do not want to deal with you, they will screen your calls and ignore you. They will not respond to emails and give you the run around as they do not have actual standard office hours. The area is great because of course everything is close by and its the popular school district but I was so happy when my lease was up so I could be done with it all. Honestly, its not worth the trouble to live here, it was a nightmare and anything but peaceful. If you do however want to chance it, I would say you are better off in the buildings in the front of the complex because its layout is better and it can fit a regular W/D set. But BEWARE Management is difficult and they have a lot of fees just to take your money. Even if you are a good tenant, they are still terrible to deal with. They do not care about their tenants or the property at all. Good luck if you sign a lease here. Most of the people that originally moved in after me are moving out once their lease is up for all of these reasons. Its not worth it! Trust me!"

"Zero stars. It’s been awful since I moved in last June. DO NOT RENT HERE. I was so excited to have a newly built apartment. Washer and dryer didn’t fit and no blinds during move in. Management was not in a rush to fix it, it took 4 months. Asset living absolutely sucks, they never answer the phone and aren’t customer friendly. They just want the money. Now living here for 9 months I have rats. I’ve caught 13, and their response was that this was built on a field and the fire disaster brought them in, ok… umm fix it? They told me the pest control was coming next week anyway and gave me bad traps that didn’t work. I hate living here."

"Anyone that says they love it here was before new management and the second half was built. Please save the headache and move somewhere else, there are so many places being built now on this side of town. The management changed before I moved in. I was promised blinds and that my washer and dryer fit in the area meant for it. Didn’t have blinds for 4 months, and my washer was in the middle of my living area for the same amount of time. The new manager promised compensation, then quit and I got little to nothing. This place is awful. Poorly built, poor management. They’re only worried about their money. I can’t wait to move."

"Currently live here and maintenance takes weeks to fill work orders and sometimes only after I complain to the office. Had to clear out my own backyard on move in since it was full of weeds taller than the fence and nobody came for two weeks. Laundry room is too small and poorly built so we can't fit any washer dryers sets. Nobody answers phones. Terrible place to live"

"If I could give this place 0 stars or no type of credit !! my living experience here was horrible! NO MAINTENANCE done the whole year just the last month came and FINALLY sprayed for bugs they have rodents living in the backyards. Manager loves to talk over you and act like you never came to her office and talked about all the maintenance issues . They do not keep up with the rent payments! Nor do they keep up with tenants move in paper work they don’t even know who is living in what building! The manager will hang up if you speak out and she will avoid calls and office visits. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE! P.s I reached out to corporate because I was so tired of getting ignored and they didn’t care either !!! Unbelievable 0 STARS!"
