"I stayed there for 2 years and it was the worst experience ever. At that time, the property was under a different management. Before I signed the lease, they showed me a different apartment and told me that my apartment will look just as good as this one. After I signed the lease, the apartment was not ready, very dirty carpet, dirty bathroom, and dirty bedroom. Dust was every where, and doors don’t shut down all the way. This place very loud at night and I had complained so many times to management, yet they did nothing. Hot water was out for couple days, yet they never apologized. You can always hear your neighbors talking in their rooms, therefor there was no privacy at all cause your neighbors can even hear you flashing your toilet. I just think 500 a month for this kind of place was just way too much. After 2 years of horrible service, I moved out and asked the new management( it was 2 months after they bought this property) for my deposit. It took them one year to get me my deposit and it was missing 50 dollars because they could not deliver my deposit to my new address, therefore they had to cancel the checks and guess what? I paid the price. If you are looking for a close place to ttu, then you should listen to my advise and go somewhere else."
