"I have loved living at 2012 Main St so far! Phae the manager at the front desk has been SO helpful in assisting my roommate and I with everything. Great location, spacious sized townhome, and the two car garage is a great plus."
"Stayed there for a year, major upgrades such as it is gated now, there's cameras etc etc. Maintenance is great. Lisa and her team at the main office tries their best to work with you, and answers your questions. If I ever moved back to lubbock, I would probably stay there again."
"It's been almost a year since I moved out of 2012. I still have yet to receive my deposit. I left that place in tip top shape when I left and was informed 3 separate times that I would be receiving my deposit back, I have seen nothing from these promises. I've been very patient but this last time I was offered a gift card to cover my refund, and was told that they would get back to me. It's been 3 months since that conversation and still nothing. Not only that... I didn't give yall a gift card to cover my deposit. It baffles me that these people are getting away with theft. It looks like I'm not the only one this is happening to."
"The rent is expensive compared to other places. I signed a one-year (12 month) lease with the office, but in the last month of my lease, they requested me to pay for the 13th month rent. Be careful signing lease with this rental office, communicate with them with emails so you can save written evidence. Verbal promise from the office staff does not count."
"I have lived here for 2 years and love it! The maintenance is always ready to help when needed and Abbie, our front office manager, is amazing and so helpful! I love the location and the area. Fuzzy's (Tacos), Beir Haus (Restaurant/Outdoor Bar), Miguels (Mexican Food), Monomyth (Coffee), and Paint Rock (Coffee) and are all practically across the street (5 minute walk max for all)! I totally recommend checking this place out and talking to Abbie! PLUS: I love my two car garage because I never got hail damage from ice or rain!"
