The Carlton House

"Lived here last year, I'm sure they will say they don't have me in their system. Absolutely the worst management ever. Started with a roommate who tried to assault me, instead of moving me promptly like promised I waited 3 months for a new roommate.Not only did they not respond to my emails or calls, when they would communicate they would all mention different things. I was finally moved to a different unit & was told on multiple occasions it would be ready and cleaned for me. It took over 2 weeks of the unit being ready for me to actually move in. Worst experience, the people are rude, the side door has been broken for over 6 months. It was miserable. To everyone that wants to live here: I promise it looks great but it truly was miserable. I was the first to live in my unit and the baseboards fell apart, the washer broke. The island chandelier lights fell off multiple times. It was truly poorly put together. It looks amazing it honestly is not worth it. Everything about this place makes daily life a nuisance. From getting packages to the parking garage it is miserable. Save yourself ,and your parents money and a headache and live somewhere else. Yes the management is that bad. Truly I wish 0 stars was an option."

The front office staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. We've had no issues, and any interactions with the workers have been pleasant and efficient. The apartments themselves are spacious, the fact that it is prefurnished is really nice and all of the furniture is pretty good quality, and the amenities are really thorough. Also, I have found the front office and maintenance staff to always be very courteous and helpful with any issues I have had."
