"The units are spacious and nice and the building has great amenities. Only downside is all the stray cats and the furniture in the units is old and some of it is falling apart."

"ULofts is the best place to live in Lubbock, office staff are always super kind and welcoming when we go in for any questions or to pick up a package. The building is super close to everything food and sports so it’s convenient if you’re a student! The gym is always clean along with the rest of the building."

"Don’t live here, this apartment complex should receive a 0/5. There was absolutely no cleaning done in the units prior to a new client moving in. I purchased a carpet cleaner about a month ago to try and rid of the smell throughout the apartment and still it smells like old cigarettes and puke. The carpet is still repeatedly coming up as black liquid even after persistently cleaning it. I’ve lived in a submarine for 5+ years and have had better living conditions then this at some points. Yes it is close to campus but I’d rather walk through 100+ degree sweating bullets daily then to have to plunge my toilet 2-3 times a day, enjoy my 3.5 minutes of hot water around the entire unit (shower or faucet), and a trash disposal that smells like there is a corpse rotting inside of it every time I take out the trash. Visit before you live here, don’t make the same mistake I did."

"Super close to the campus. It is nice and clean place to live. Management and maintenance guys work really hard and they fix any issues same day, usually within few hours. Living here for two years now and no complaints. Overall, outside and inside of the apartment complex is kept very clean (Thanks Cynthia for keeping indoors clean). By the way, they changed all hallway carpets just a month ago and it looks really nice. ULofts has nice and clean gym and two big swimming pools. Swimming pools are cleaned daily during summer season. There is also a movie theater that you can reserve and use for free. As a graduate student, I highly recommend this place! There are a lot grad students living here, so the complex is quiet place to study and do your research."

"Blight on the neighborhood! I attempted to contact the office as per their response to my previous posting. They kept me on hold and hung up on me. Rude and unprofessional. How can you attempt to justify this? Snagged some photos of the real Ulofts while visiting daughter and friend. This place should be shut down by the health department. Crumbling ceilings. Not safe! Trash and doggy doo everywhere. Nasty pool. Unhealthy conditions. Management oblivious. This isn't what they show you on the tour. Residents have to walk down poorly lit parking areas to access trash dumpster. No trash chutes. Accumulates and attracts vermin. I vomited at the smell. Clean your property up. We will not be renewing and will be contacting the TTU parents association to warn other families of conditions here. No excuse. Don't make the mistake we fell for. My daughter's friend isn't the only one with a colorful carpet!"
