"Sadly lived here for 3 years. First year was not too bad, then everything went downhill when a group of kids thrown an object at my bedroom window, completely shattering the window. Took him 3 months to replace it and not do the other repairs as intended. He refuses to renew the lease. There is a bug problem, roaches, he says we have to take care of it ourselves and its our fault that we have roaches. There's little to no hot water about 95% of the time. We've tried to work with him, he won't work with us. Seems like he won't with anyone out here. I wish I can keep going about how horrible he handles things, etc...I don't know the limit to this kind of thing. I mean all you have to do is ask the city for help I'm sure.. but he won't. Either way, don't move here, not worth the stress, the drama, and the mental health strain it puts on so many people. Wish there's a zero star option."
"Live here but there is so much Drama here and the Evil Devil own Arthur don't do nothing he wants to kill everyone Cuz he get mad when we tell to fix the problem with the room he doesn't care about the problem or nothing."
"Terrible place to live roch infested n lots of mice the manager is very rude n if u need something fixed it will take weeks for him to do it he told us when my family first moved in he sprayed every month that was a lie. The police are always over there!! And we lived upstairs we had a BBQ with some friend n the roaches were coming from the apartments to were we were cooking at!"
