"Took my grandson to ER today and after 4 hours and a half they never discharged him, they never asked who has his custody, never asked where his parents were and made me filled the registration and now Who owns the hospital bill? Me,if I don't pay who's credit is going to be ruined? My credit, Oh I left the hospital without any discharged papers nor prescription for my grandson who was positive with influenza type A and B,if they were afraid that my grandson spread it in the hospital, why they didn't discharged him instead of keeping us there gor 4 hours in a half?? Worst service ever, need to get in contact with hospital manager."

"Went to the ER for dehydration. The nurse we had was great but extremely busy . We had to get a lines team for an IV but which is understandable considering he was dehydrated asked a nurse to hook it up after they left who wasnt our nurse. She said our nurse would be over . We waited another 20 minutes instead of that 1 nurser to hook up iv and you know do the the right thing. Why make a dehydrated baby wait. Then the doctor who took over took over 4 hours to see us.To get plan ready for next steps of basically discharge."

"Came into the emergency room and the morning staff was awesome! Very attentive but once the nurses and everyone else swap shifts into whoever comes in the afternoon, evening and then night are very very disorganized. It seems as though no one knows the whole situation once they swap shifts. We were in from 8AM till the next day mid-afternoon and the amount of times we had to explain the situation was astonishing. I don't think ICU and the emergency room have too much communication since there was so many talks about the concent/guardian situation where we all got frustrated. For it being a huge hospital one would think it would have more consistency"

"Five stars is not enough. My grandson required surgery. When that happens no matter if the procedure is an emergency, risky or planned and routine it is highly stressful. My grandson was treated with kindness and concern. Their ability to walk him through the procedure and to walk me through the procedure made my anxiety go down immediately. I was informed every step of the way, When they said we are going to do this at this time and this at that time it was done. I was told where to stop when they wheeled him into surgery before hand so the transition was seamless. They care the nurses and the doctors gave him was fantastic. I thank God for these people every day. This is the second grandson that required surgery there one was an infant and one was six. Their care is exceptional"

"The staff was over the top kind and patient with our son. He has ASD and required redirection and reassurance to ease his anxiety. We were very pleased with every single person during his procedure. Thank you Dell Children’s !!! He felt safe the whole time!"
