"Not sure if they are in business still or not. I'm guessing they changed their name as they had such a bad reputation and service. I was an owner that listed my property with them. I'll just say they were incompetent, had poor communication, and I wasted many hours attempting to get ahold of them and reasonable answers at times. Stay away if they are still around, or you find they've changed names, but still are the same company."

"Was without a working AC for almost four weeks. Put in multiple maintenance requests and techs would come out and problem was temporarily fixed. After submitting multiple maintenance requests I was accused of over exaggerating because the temperate was “3 or 4 degrees off of what it was set at.” I was told a technician would be by to service my unit by Tammy but nobody came by and Tammy stopped responding to me.. they are now making me pay the $1200 invoice on top of my rent. Do not rent from these people, they will screw you over."

"Cant speak for others but for me they have been pretty great got a blown AC fixed within 24hrs this summer, and they were pretty on top of things w other issues we had while renting. Addison is very easy to work with and talk to and did a good job of staying on top of her administrative duties."

"I am currently a tenant at one of city wide properties and let me tell you this rating would have been a 1 but TAMMY & Addison are awesome and make up for all the downsides! I had a maintenance request for a clogged toilet that was submitted on the July 3rd. Nobody reached out to me and the downside was it took 2 days to hear something until the clogged toilet finally flooded my floors and my daughter room and my sons room. With stories of mold creating in floors and the wood floors I knew I had to reach out to Addison. She reached out to Tammy who is the head of maintance and that same day she had the plumbing company come out and the carpet cleaning and is already following something up to get my floors fixed. No cost to me and making sure we are taken care of. these ladies are hands down great and make up for this review."

"I finally got a replacement stove after about a month of reporting that my oven wasn’t working. The replacement stove was taken from another until and put into mine. Which is fine but they didn’t even bother to wipe it down. It was so nasty. I complain on that and they just had somebody come the next day to clean it and it still looked about the same minus the food that was on it. You can never get ahold of anybody from that office. They take forever to complete any maintenance issues. I can go on and on. First 4 pic are the before last 3 pics are the after"
