"I’ve been a resident for over a year, I’ve already signed to stay another year. I’ve overall have had a great experience with capstone however there’s a couple minor changes that have occurred. They aren’t hidden fees however there is a few fees being incorporated from now on. They’ve also closed the office on Saturday and Sunday so you’re unable to pickup packages over the weekend. Other than that everyone has been awesome along with the maintenance crew too. I live with friends and we all signed together, so that also makes it an enjoyable experience."

"This place is absolute disgusting… upon moving my sister in we were told several times we had to wait to move her in due to the “sparkle walk” and that the cottage needed to be up to their “standards” before letting residents move in well ladies and gentlemen I present to you via these photos capstone cottages “standards” when it comes to cleanliness. As shown here is there was bugs and dust piled up all over the house and more. Not to mention they’re terrible unprofessional staff that constantly lies and goes back on their word. Blanca the manager has no idea what she is doing and says over and over again how she will call back and never does. Their last priority is their residents. Several unexplained fees pop out of nowhere and never have any explanation. We were told one of her roommates turned down cleaning services for the house and due to this they would not be correcting these sickening un clean areas after they preach their “cleanliness standards”all lies. How in the world Can a business say just because one roommate turned down cleaning services that they speak for the other 3 roommates when all are paying the same? The front porch and surrounding yard was filthy and stained up as well as not picked up at all. This all comes down to this being a health hazard the vents and bugs everywhere is sickening. The miss communication among staff is something I have never experienced or seen before in a place of business. They are not willing to correct any mistakes or accommodate their residents in any way and want them to move in to disgusting units like this one and not say a thing when they preach cleanliness and their “standards”. Waiting on a lawsuit due to illness over these filthy units…"

"Parents! Be aware when you sign a lease. You can not get out of it, even if your child decides to go to a different school. The prices they set for cleanings and "fixing" the rooms when you move out are outrageous! The cleanings have to be done "professionally" or they do not considered it clean, so they charge you for it-every little thing. And many of the amenity's they are so proud of are broken half the time. We have now paid over 700.00 to move out of this place and my daughter is not a crazy slob. It is ridiculous. The only good thing about this place was my daughter did feel safe and secure at night. When she had an issue with another roommate security helped her out. And they did let her move units to get away. That has been the only positive this whole year."
