They will try to force you to stay in an apartment with sewage water in the carpet and floors. Document everything with them, otherwise they will charge you for anything they can find. DO NOT COME HERE. Colton and Kylie and the WORST managers ever."

"Do NOT move here! I had tour of the place in April and it looked good, rooms were sizable and living/kitchen was a good size. I just moved in on August Friday and I came in with a disgusting broken down place to move in. Chipped woods, door could not lock, Furniture all of the place (Not in place on how the tour was) toilet not working, dirty mirror and bathtub, restroom is a whole mess a matter a fact, floor is stained and furniture is sticky and dirty. The managers do not care about anything only lets the working take in with my complaints. Their barely here at work!"

"‼️DO NOT LIVE HERE ‼️ However, if you love having 5+ staff members barge into your unit (without prior notification whatsoever) at 9:30 AT NIGHT, then this is the place for you. Poor time management. Staff members came into my unit at 9:30pm, and upon seeing me there, said they’d “only be 10 minutes,” like that mattered. It’s 9:30pm, get out of my house. They didn’t leave until after 10:15pm. I was alone in my unit and I’m female. Almost all of the staff members were male, minus the one female I saw before retreating to my room and locking the door. This was during finals week, and they made so much noise. I had an exam the next day. I am absolutely not renewing my lease next year, and I advise you to not apply at all. Other than that, the property is alright at best. The staff never seem like they want to be working there and seem annoyed when you come in with questions or to retrieve your delivered packages. It’s so bad I’ve opted to have majority of my packages delivered to a friend so I won’t have to deal with the avenue staff attitude. All the units are different too. I was told I’d be in a room with hardwood flooring in the bedroom and bathroom, but on move in day, I found out that it was actually carpet. Ok, no big deal, other than the fact the carpet is incredibly worn. The edges are fraying and you can see the padding underneath, especially in high traffic areas. It looks bad. ‼️DO NOT LIVE HERE.‼️"

"Before applying, I asked a front desk worker about caged small pets (hamsters,guinea pigs, rabbits, rats, etc). She said they are fine , as current residents own such animals. I have a witness to this interaction as well. After applying (listed my two pets on the application) and spending 56.95, I was provided a lease that said I had no animals. Which I was obviously not going to sign. After 4 days of calling and emailing to get this fixed, I finally had to go in person. I was informed that small caged pets are not allowed. Period. No option to pay a fee. I would not have applied to begin with. Was not given a refund for application. And feel awful because I was intending to take over somebody’s lease and now I’m unable to."
