Slide North Apartments

"I want to give this place 5 stars, as I love my apartment and the community. There is only one issue and I'm not sure if its just me and my unit or every unit. I hear EVERYTHING my upstairs neighbor does. Stomping to the kitchen, to the bathroom, opening drawers, I have been woken up during the night due to whoever lives above me stomping around in their apartment. When I try to study for school, its hard to concentrate when all I can hear is stomping and thudding."

"I loved living here! These apartments are luxury and have very nice amenities: the pool, workout center, dog park, and is just very well kept generally. This is a great place to live if you want somewhere nice without having to put a down payment down on a house. The workout center was so nice that I hardly ever went to the gym where I pay a membership. I also made so many friends at the pool and other places around the apartments. This area is very nice too - good neighborhoods surrounding and there is a great park just across the street where my friend and I would go running before hitting the gym. The apartment was just big enough but not a hassle to keep clean. Beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as nice vinyl plank flooring. I also like that this complex actually kept the gates closed - I have lived in other “gated” apartments that would not keep the gates in working order and kept them open all the time - Slide North does not do that. The staff was always super helpful and friendly, whether it came to work orders or anything else. Laura and her staff were always there to help answer my questions! You definitely pay higher in rent than most apartments in Lubbock, but you get what you pay for - a very nice living space and community!"

"This is my first but late review of Slide North Apartments. We have been living here for about a year and a half and can’t be more pleased with everyday we have been here. Thanks to the amazing management and maintenance team Theresa,Laura,Dezarae,Natasha,Kelly,and Rock. We love each and enjoy so much every time we get to visit with them and they always go beyond our expectations. Thanks for putting up with me. What a wonderful place to live. Absolutely everything we need. Beautiful place and it was a great privilege to be one of the first to be here and watch it come together. Most definitely my highest rating and wouldn’t be anywhere else."

"Apartments are incredibly well-maintained, modern, and aesthetically very beautiful. Apartments are very clean & love the landscaping. I had pleasure with working with Dezarae (front office) and she made my transition of moving in very seamless. She's awesome and always on top of taking care of any concerns or questions I may have. Rest of the staff also are very welcoming and helpful no matter the time. Very happy about choosing Slide North Apartments!"

"Shout out to Laura, Courtney, and Brittney Thank you for making my move in a dream success. Answering all of my concerns without hesitation. I appreciate your kindness and patience. These apartments are so beautiful. Large kitchen island and a lot of space to put your appliances. Maintenance comes in fast on the day on or the next day. There's no need for me to worry when maintenance is going to come in even when roads are icy. They were committed to fix up my place so I can live comfortably. Thank you so much again Slide. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new place to call home."
