"DONT WASTE TIME OR MONEY HERE THEY ARE OWNED BY COLDWELL BANKER THEY STEAL MONEY IT'S DIRTY THERE IT'S RODENTS ALL OVER COLDWELL BANKER TAKES ALL YOUR MONEY AND THEN SAYS YOU DIDN'T PAY AND THERE ARE OTHERS THAT ARE SPIES FOR THE APARTMENT MANAGER TELLING WHO & WHAT YOU BRING IN AND OUT OF YOUR HOME AND PERVY MEN STARING THROUGH THE WINDOW ALSO THIER RECENT LANDLORD SMILED WHEN SHE EVICTED US"
"Something about this place is just toxic. You can constantly hear people fighting it's dirty everywhere. This place is just absolutely a soul-sucking experience in my personal opinion. Some people may love it, but this is where Rock bottom comes to live"
"I was forced to leave my home because of dangerous situations there. I stayed in contact with the former owner weekly and I have the phone messages to prove it. Anyways I told the former owner I was ready to come home. He said okay and that my home was still available for me and that I could return when I was able to. Following that the former owner told me to contact the new owner. I'm not sure if he knew I would be able to or not but between the BBB and the court system I was able to get a phone number. So I contacted the new owner and told him I was returning home only to be told that the former owner gave the new owner permission to gut out my home and that nearly ALL of my belongings had been stolen. Now I don't have a home anymore. And no one will do anything to fix this problem"
