"The manager of the apartments lived right next to me and she smoked a lot of weed and it would come through my 3 month year old baby’s room. And she knew we had a baby and still she smoked. It would smell so bad that it smelled up the whole upstairs and caused us not to even sleep in our rooms. Very bad management, do not recommend."
"This place had some upgrades done in the last year and it is great!! We can sit in the shade or in the sun when we are at the pool. The landscaping has improved tremendously. Our townhouse has a backyard that my kids can play in. Manager and Maintenance are on site and address any situations immediately. Things have definitely improved since the new management."
"I have lived at Mission Villas for over a year now and just signed another 1 year lease. I love this place. I have a 2 bdrm and it so spacious. I love the extra room for family and friends that come to visit. Marissa, the manager, is so friendly and always smiling. She truly cares about all us residents at Mission. I picture myself living here for a long time. Thanks Marissa!"
"I am currently living in a 2 bedroom apartment, and I Love it. My apartment is huge for the price, it's so spacious, and I just love my fireplace and walk in closets. I like the fact that there is an onsite manager who seems to really care about the property and the residents. She is very sweet and helpful. I have only had a few minor work orders, but they have been very quick to complete them. I love it here and have not had any issues."
"Worst place I have ever lived. These apartments look nothing like the pictures on their website. The pool is always dirty, the so called club house is just one room connected to the laundry room. There is no where for children to play. They change management often, and no one's fixes anything. The floor boards in my living room are uneven, it feels like we could fall through to the first floor, the dishwasher from 1919 has mildew and mold since the day we moved in, we had to caulk the bathroom ourselves, our toilet moves, our patio looks like it could tumble at any minute. They say your water/trash will be 30 dollars it's 70-80 every month. Horrible experience!!!!!!"
