"The rudest staff you will ever meet. I cringe every time i have to answer the phone, wondering what next they can do to ruin my stay here. Definitely dont care about anything but their money. It says low income apartments but will treat you like you have all the money in the world. Not helpful, not friendly, not respectful, almost the definition of an Evil place to stay. The pool is included in your rent but i havent seen that pool open since ive been here. Better to try your luck elsewhere."

"Looks can be deceiving. These apartments were so disgusting. They have a roach infestation problem and no matter how much you clean and spray its never ending. And it doesn't help when literally everyone who lives there is gross. This place is SO ghetto. Someone broke into my car and tried to steal my tires and they also have NO cameras for security I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here. Theres constantly people walking by the cars at all times of the night I got to the point where I had to watch my car and lose sleep because I was afraid my car would be on bricks when I woke up. I broke my lease and it was not cheap considering how nasty there apartments really are."

"At first I was very pleased with the quality of living space. At first glance, they are very nice apartments. When I moved in I noticed the closet smelt of urine. It was so bad a gaged. I brought it to the attention of the staff. They were rude and I could tell it was not a priority to get it fixed. After over a week they finally sent someone to chemically treat the concrete and replace the carpet. It still smells like urine! The smell is still in the floor, on the walls, and in the closet door. Very disappointed that they leased me an apartment with unidentified urine in it, especially since I have my baby living here with me. Management never came to inspect the issue themselves. If they would come properly inspect it, they would see that they will literally have to rip out the walls and redo the closet. They should have never leased this space."

"Very nice apartments and a beautiful complex. The grounds are kept very well and the pool is beautiful. The playgrounds aren’t always clean but that is the fault of some of the tenants, not maintainance. I had an unfortunate situation because the people in the apartment above me were SO loud and obnoxious at all hours of the day and night, but I guess that can happen anywhere. I eventually moved out because of them but I really miss living there! My daughter also lives there and her neighbors aren’t nearly as loud. Lol"

"I have lived here for 3 years and after being here that long, management has changed multiple times and I absolutely hate living here now. They used to be helpful if something was wrong with your apartment and quick to fix it, and understanding if you needed a day or two to pay full rent. Now, management harasses you if you're even a day late. Or if a paper isn't signed. They slap eviction notices on your door until you get into their office. Nothing gets fixed in a timely manner. Rent goes up every year. We pay for a gated complex yet they haven't shut the gates in almost 2 years. Last year the pool was only open maybe 2 or 3 weeks before they closed it due to something broken OUTSIDE the pool. They charge an insane amount for late fees even if you call and tell them you'll have it by a certain day. They take advantage of you. It used to be a peaceful area and now it's full of loud people. Floors and walls are super thin. Very nice, beautiful apartments. But until management gets it together, you'll hate living here."
